* Organization

- Student Resident Board (Sah-Sang-Hweh) executes and determines the rules and regulations along with the dorm supervisor. The board consists of 1 president, 2 VP's (1 boy, 1 girl), and there are 2 floor representatives for each floor as well as a room leader for every room.
- We would like to ask all the summer participants to cooperate and obey the regulations voluntarily.

* Official check-in & check-out

- Check-in should be done at the resident office in 2nd dormitory.
- Bedding, key, and name tag will be distributed to you when you check in. There will be a charge of $20 / 100 yuan before they are given.
- All the distributed items must be returned to the office before you check out. Any damages to the distributed items must be paid for.

* Daily dorm entry / exit

- Always carry your name tag as it will serve as the dorm pass.
- Your key should be left at the front desk when you leave the dorm and should not be taken out of the building.
- Dorms open at 5:30AM and shut at 10:30PM.

* Water Schedule

Cold water : 6:00∼8:00 AM, 11:00 AM∼12:00 PM, 6:00∼8:00 PM
Hot water : 6:00∼7:00 AM (Mon-Fri), 7:00∼8:00 AM (Sat&Sun)
Evening : 6:00∼7:30 (Tues, Thur, Sat, Sun)

* Lights : (7AM-11:30PM)

Lights are on in the study rooms even after hours.

* Drinking water

Potable water is available in each dormitory.
1st dorm : 1st floor near the stairs to the basement.
2nd dorm : 1st floor next to the stairs.
* Note : You cannot use drinking water to wash face.

* Laundry Service

Laundry service is available in each dormitory.
1st dorm : basement (12:00-1:00 PM)
2nd dorm :6th floor (8:30-9:30 AM).
Price : Jacket : 1 yuan/ ea Pants/skirts : 0.6 yuan/ ea
Sweater : 0.6 yuan/ ea Shirts : 0.5 yuan/ ea

* Telephone

- Use only the last 4 digits within the school. Information :2500 (free)
- Outside calls can only be made with a phone card (IC Card) which is available in the mailroom.
- Public(IC) phones are available throughout the school.
- There is also one house phone before each dorm for inside calls (free)

* Available rooms for small group meetings & events

a. locations : 1st dormitory : Mrs. Min memorial room (1st floor)
2nd dormitory : recreation room
b. please reserve the space with the dormitory supervisor
(remember to specify the time & the date)
c. These rooms can only be reserved 2 hrs at a time.

* Cautions for dormitory life.

a. Group religious activities are not permitted in the dorms.
b. Each occupant of the dorm is responsible for cleaning the room. Public places (bathroom, shower, hall) are to be cleaned by all students and volunteers together.
c. Drinking and smoking are FORBIDDEN in all the dormitory rooms.
d. Cooking appliances are also forbidden.
e. Please dress modestly in spite of the summer heat.
f. Do not play music too loud.
g. Remember that this is an academic term and behave accordingly.
h. We would like to ask all the volunteers to display an exemplary behavior and also keep in mind that when we consider your behavior to be unacceptable, we reserve the right to remove you from the dormitory.
