water, carpentry, etc) and you can contact them with any concerns or questions.

*You need to obtain permission from the maintenance department before you
do any kind of work/modification to the building however minor it may be.
*Electrical appliances :
China uses 220V/50HZ (European). Because all appliances from Korean or the
USA are 120V/60HZ, you must use a transformer in order to use them. Please
note that small adapters you brought from home will probably NOT protect your
appliances adequately.
